FATHER RICH REPORTS:

Niech Bedzie Pochwalony Jezus Chrystus! Praise be Jesus Christ!
Dear Parishioners and Friends:                     
We will conclude the month of the Holy Rosary this week. Today we will pray for the last time a decade of the rosary immediately after Mass. This week we enter the month of November (in Polish “listopad” which translated means the leaves fall) reminds us of life (plant life) dying or going dormant and we also reflect upon human life ending and the lives of those gone before us especially our loved ones. We honour, venerate and celebrate all Saints (with God in heaven) on Wednesday and then on the next day pray for all souls that may be undergoing purification and penance. We begin the annual All Souls Novena of Masses on Thursday that will continue for nine days. Names of those enrolled in the novena will be read at Mass accompanied by special prayers and chants. Envelopes with forms for the novena are found on the back tables of the church. Most offerings go to the Holy Redeemer Cemetery Maintenance.
Next Sunday cemetery visits with prayers and blessing of graves will take place at: 1:00pm Resurrection Cemetery, 2:15pm Forest Haven, 2:45pm New Cavalry, 3:15pm Old Cavalry
