God’s Word to us this Sunday is rich in His mercy that He so desires to bestow upon us for the asking. In the Gospel, we may think at first that the landowner is unfair to the labourers who put in a full day’s work. But we should never be jealous because God is so very generous.

SLAVIC HERITAGE FESTIVAL: There will be a debriefing meeting for all volunteers and planners of the Whiteny Pier Slavic Heritage Festival from 7:00- 8:00pm in Sala 1050. A detailed report prepared by Wayne Joseph will be distributed.

PREP (Parish Religious Education Program) 2017-2018: As our children return to school after Labour Day, we need to plan on how to have a successful catechism and religious education program that will have maximum participation of our children. There will be a meeting for all parents of school age children to discuss and set a day and time for the classes today after the 10:00am Mass in Sala 1050.

POLISH DANCE PRACTICE: Polish dance practice led by Shari McKay will begin about 15 minutes after Mass in Sala 1050.

FALL DANCE AT THE POLISH VILLAGE HALL RESCHEDULED: The dance had to be rescheduled because of certain circumstances to Saturday, November 4th . The dance will be from 9:00pm to 12:00 Midnight. DJ Jimmy MacKinnon will provide the music. Admission is free, but tickets should be picked up after Mass today in Sala 1050. This will be a good opportunity to see the renovated lower hall of the Polish Village.
