OGŁOSZENIA / ANNOUNCEMENTS

FATHER RICH REPORTS:
Niech Bedzie Pochwalony Jezus Chrystus!  Na wieki wiekow!
God’s Word to us in this Sunday’s scripture readings reminds us of the importance in keeping the ten commandments that were given to Moses for all times and all peoples. Furthermore, Jesus elaborates on them in more detail. He underscores the necessity to seek reconciliation first when we have any grievances or issues with our brother and sister (all people) before we make our prayer offering.

You will notice in front of the altar of sacrifice is a painting of the Holy Family that was blessed by Pope Francis in Rome for the Knights of Columbus who are circulating this picture among churches in the countries were the Knights of Columbus are established. We will have a short prayer service after Mass today and all are welcomed to take a holy card of the Holy family with you. The picture will be picked up and moved elsewhere in Nova Scotia on Monday.

Please plan to come to our Polka Party “Zabawa” that the parish is sponsoring on the Saturday before Lent, Saturday, February 25th.

Stubenville Atlantic 2017: Youth Conference for teens age 14-18 sponsored by the arch- diocese of Halifax-Yarmouth will take place July 7-9th. It would be great to have our parish represented. The parish will cover the cost. Please contact Father Rich.

Heritage Pilgrimage Tour to Poland & Ukraine 2017: We have almost reached the limit of 38 seats for our Heritage Pilgrimage Tour for next summer. I think there might be two or three available. If interested, please contact Father Rich at the Glebe. Edyta Bączyk-Clark will be conducting a special Polish Class for traveling in Poland beginning after Easter.

______________________________________________________________________________

PREP classes will be held today and Father Rich would like to meet briefly with ALL Altar Servers immediately after Mass for some new procedures.

Special Meeting regarding Polka Party - Zabawa  after Mass today.

POLISH FOLKLORE WORKSHOP: Today in Sala 1050. Shari McKay and the Pogoria Dance Ensemble will facilitate the workshop. All are welcome!
